Fast Food Restaurant
We captured specific behavioural data, lifestyle factors and habits to inform the messaging and tone of a product launch advertising campaign.
Real-time, data-driven, dynamic campaigns set our client up for success. Overall the brand increased customer engagement, product mentions and sales over 200% within one month of launch.
Baby Product
We delivered an actionable market research project that highlighted the behavioural heuristics that would most resonated with this brand’s audience. Then, through our deep understanding of their audience’s behaviour, we designed, developed and delivered an engagement platform targeting communications across their customer base. The result – a 17% increase in sales over 6 months by shifting to a customer engagement strategy instead of a sales and discount strategy.
